1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the NexusCode platform ("NexusCode", "we", "us", or "our"), including all associated services, websites, and applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use NexusCode.

2.Account Registration & Authentication

NexusCode utilizes GitHub OAuth for user authentication. By signing in with GitHub, you represent and warrant that your GitHub account information is accurate and authorized. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and any activities that occur under your credentials.

3.User Conduct & Fair Play

NexusCode is dedicated to genuine learning and competitive integrity. You agree that you will not:

• Submit malicious code, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or overload the evaluation engine.
• Attempt to cheat, share contest solutions during live contest windows, or automate multiple accounts for artificial leaderboard advancement.
• Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or post unsolicited promotional material in community discussions.

4.AI Evaluation & Personal Gemini API Keys

NexusCode offers AI-assisted code evaluation powered by Google Gemini. Users may optionally provide their personal Google Gemini API key. Personal keys are stored securely and used solely to process your code evaluations. You are responsible for ensuring that your usage complies with Google AI Studio terms and quotas.

5.Nexus Points & Rewards

Nexus Points ("Nexus Pts") are virtual tokens earned through problem solving, maintaining streaks, and contest participation. Nexus Points carry no monetary cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for real currency. Physical perks and merchandise redemptions are subject to availability and shipping feasibility.

6.Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original code solutions you author and submit to NexusCode. By submitting code, you grant NexusCode a non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and evaluate your code via our automated evaluation system.

7.Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of NexusCode following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Accounts violating fair play policies may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
